I dedicate this work to my father, life and music instructor, John L. Frank Sr., my loving mother, Carol, my "other" music instructor, Johann Sebastian Bach and most of all to God; my Lord and Savior,  Jesus Christ, without Whom nothing exists; also to my sister, Judy, who frequently lent me her ''ears'' throughout this project, my sister, Karen, my son, Jesse and my daughter, Emily.
